Recent News

BRMi and its strategic partners continue to secure new agreements with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide professional and program management support services, information technology system and support services, and line of business and consulting services for the President's Electronic Government (E-Gov) Initiative. Recent awards include:

  • December 2007 – AVIEL Systems, Inc., awarded a subcontract to BRMi to provide program management support to DHS U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). BRMi’s primary responsibilities will be further development of the agency's enterprise architecture.
  • October 2007 – USCIS awarded BRMi a contract to support the development and implementation of its Information Technology Governance Program.
  • January 2007 – The team of BRMi and incumbent prime contractor, PMC, a subsidiary of AVIEL System, Inc., won the re-compete to support the Atlas Program Management Office, which oversees the automation modernization initiative within DHS Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
  • July 2006 – SRA and Grant Thornton awarded BRMi Professional and Program Management Support (PPMS) subcontracts to provide business-oriented support services to DHS.
  • June 2006 – SAIC and SRA awarded BRMi awarded Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge (EAGLE) subcontracts making BRMi's services and solutions available via the DHS EAGLE solutions contract, which provides the full range of IT solutions required by DHS.
  • February 2006 – GSA awarded the team of BRMi and Grant Thornton a blanket purchase agreement to support the Office of Management and Budget Line of Business (LoB) initiatives.

Since its founding in 2004, BRMi has supported DHS and developed a strong reputation at the headquarters level and within the component agencies. Today, BRMi is supporting USCIS in developing strategies for its transformation and temporary worker programs.
